• Booking a package means you automatically accept our general terms. Making a reservation or an order at Nooz means you accept these terms.
• Out of courtesy, it's not allowed to smoke indoors.
• You don't need shoes inside. Leave your shoes at the designated spot and use our comfortable slippers.
• You'll feel at home. You can walk around in dressing gowns or in your wedding clothes.
• Please remove all jewels.
• During your stay, you can always request additional experiences. Some experiences won't be possible because they have to be prepared in advance.
• Any specific requests? Feel free to ask us anything. We'll try to find a solution for every request.
• Some Nooz experiences will take place in your private cocoon. We will enter your cocoon to provide services. We'll do this when you're away or we'll knock. Please never close the door when you leave your private cocoon.
• You can always leave your cocoon to ask us anything. Our house is your house.
• You can freely choose the time of your breakfast between 9h00 and 11h00. Please send us the desired hour.
• You can use the forest path, the forest shower and the shared terraces freely. The forest is only accessible when the Mystic Water experience is available for you.
• It is not allowed to walk in the garden due to the privacy.
• Despite our strict quality and control procedures, technical failures or malfunctions may occasionally occur. Technical issues cannot be considered a failure or breach on the part of Nooz and do not entitle the customer to make a complaint or claim for a refund or compensation.
• Nooz exclusively provides a multimedia platform and does not itself provide any content. Third-party applications and services, such as Spotify, iMusic, Netflix, Disney+ and other streaming or content services, are not part of the services provided by Nooz. The use, availability, operation, compatibility and any associated costs of such applications and services are entirely the responsibility of the customer and the relevant third-party service provider.
  The customer is solely responsible for having the necessary accounts, subscriptions, licences and access rights required to use third-party services.
• The management is never responsible for the loss of goods or accidents. 
• Any damage caused to our complex will be billed. The configuration of the devices may nevver be modified by customers.
• If you are going to bring your own food and/or drinks or if you would opt for Take-Away, a service fee of 45 euros/person will be charged. Nooz will ask for a credit card as a guarantee.
• Intimate relationships in the private  massage cocoons and outside are not allowed. Walking naked outside is not permited. It is permited in your own private space.
• Nooz has at all times the right to enter the private areas in case of suspicion of excessive drinking, drug use, noise or violence.
  If this is detected, Nooz has the right to force you to leave the domain immediately without any form of compensation.
  If this is refused, nooz can call in the security officer and/or police.
• It is strictly forbidden to allow people on the domain other than those who have booked.  If this is observed, the police can be informed and Nooz has the right to oblige you to leave the domain immediately without any form of compensation. If this is refused, Nooz can call in the security guard and/or police.

 
Massages and other experience

• Please take a shower or a bath before the massage. Don't use perfumes, aftershave...
• According to Nooz, you're unique. This is why we'll try to personalize as much as possible. Tell us your wishes so we can prepare a perfect experience for you. 
• According to Nooz, you're perfect. This is why Nooz doesn't offer medical services (prescriptions, diagnosis...).  
• Are you pregnant? Is there a chance your are? Please let us know. 
• Our massages never have an erotic aspect and any such request will be ignored. Nooz has the right to remove you from the property and notify the authorities. 
• Since we have a holistic approach during our massages, being completely nude is ideal. The parts not included in the massage will always be covered by a towel. You can still wear underwear if you want to. 
• Nooz only offers the unique massages, created by Nooz.   
• Nooz is not responsible for the consequences of treating symptoms, injuries or conditions that require a physiotherapist or physician and weren't communicated by the customer. In case of any doubt, please consult your physician.

 
Liability 

As a guest, you're responsible for the correct use of the delivered productst or the Nooz infrastructure which you have access to. Nooz can never be held responsible for potential accidents or corporal or material damages caused by the products provided by Nooz or a third party. Nooz is not responsible and can never be held accountable and will never pay any damage compensation. Please use the infrastructure and the products in a responsible way.
